Cambridge Chemistry Challenge

Cambridge Chemistry Challenge 2

At the end of last term, a number of our then Lower Sixth students entered the Cambridge Chemistry Challenge.

This is a national competition run by Cambridge University, specifically aimed for students in the Lower Sixth.

Overall, there were nearly 8000 entrants across 547 schools. At Fettes, we had one of our best ever years in the competition and best ever for Gold Awards (given to students who get in the top 9% of entrants).

• Gold Awards went to Hal G and Eva Z
• Silver Awards were earned by Oliver H and Maddie H
• Copper Awards were given to James D, Harvey F, David J and Mei Jun T

A huge congratulations to all those that took part!
