What is your most cherished memory from your time at Fettes?
Sports Day, running for the School in matches and at the Scottish School Championships and Inter-House Rugby

What event or personality left a lasting impression on you?
Neil Henderson - a fair and worldly person
Andrew Shackleton (my house tutor) - it was a tough job but someone had to do it
Geoff Blair - I discovered he was pretty sound after 5 years teaching me!

Were you a conscientious student?
I wanted to be but found my attention didn't always stretch to that. I did however excel generally.

Outside the classroom, how did you spend your free time at Fettes?
Rugby, Athletics, Cross Country, Chapel & Concert Choir. I played several instruments and was in a rock band, musicals and plays, wrote for the Fettesian and was Treasurer of the 6th Form Club.
