What is your most cherished memory from your time at Fettes?
Winning the cross country four years in a row.

The death of Anthony Chenevix-Trench

What event or personality left a lasting impression on you?
Our 1st XV rugby team of 1981/82 going unbeaten.
Adrian Kiriazi as Head of House in my first year in 1977 and his brother Connie, who was also Head of House.

Were you a conscientious student?
No. If I remember correctly I was on the lazy side. I was more content to scrape by. I could have done so much better. But I had a wonderful time!

Outside the classroom, how did you spend your free time at Fettes?
Socialising uptown and spending time at my favorite haunt "The Shambles". Playing tennis.
