BSc Hons in Astrophysics from Edinburgh University
Whilst training as an Actuary in London, I was attracted to teaching Physics with its promises of vibrant students and educational debates with like-minded colleagues. I have certainly not been disappointed and have found life as a teacher at Fettes exceeds all of these expectations.
I have been Head of the Physics Department since September 2008, having previously taught at Whitgift School. I thoroughly enjoy getting actively involved in the Fettesian lifestyle and thrive on the variety of the job.
